Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered between 3 - 7 working days, we will communicate with you via email and SMS to keep you informed about the status of your order. However, due to the current situation, you may experience a slight delay in some orders.
Shipment:
Our products are stored in warehouses located in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. We choose the fastest shipping route to deliver the products to our customers. and they get their item wit in 4 days.
We ship out the products via UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx and provide tracking details once a product is sent out.
TRACKING:
Once the product is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email and SMS so that you can track your order and stay updated with the progress of your shipment.
Courier Service:
To provide our customers with a high-quality courier service, we use Express Deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier that offers the most efficient delivery method. We use reliable courier services that are well-known for timely deliveries. We may choose to ship your product(s) from the US, UK, or our overseas warehouses.
APO/PO Box Addresses :
For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.
Duty :
We ship all orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is responsible for any associated charges. Please consult your country’s customs office to determine the additional costs before making a purchase.
In Case of Damage/Defect :
If your ordered item(s) is damaged during transit, please inform us within 3 days. We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and services.
Other Policies :
After receiving payment, we will send an email to confirm the order. Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company if the order is put on hold or delivery attempts fail. We suggest that you follow up with the courier once you have the tracking number. If the courier company fails to deliver after multiple attempts or destroys the parcel, we are not liable. We may combine multiple orders shipping to the same address into a single shipment, unless instructed otherwise, to save time and money. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule delivery to a different address. The customer should contact the courier company for further solutions.
